About the Role:
As the Director of Cyber & Information Security Technology & Resilience, you will lead security strategies and resilience efforts across IT, cloud, Operational Technology (OT), and Artificial Intelligence (AI) environments. This role governs security platforms, ensures consistent implementation of controls, and oversees critical areas such as threat detection, incident response, and vulnerability management. You will also build a high-performing team, drive continuous improvement in security processes, and serve as a trusted advisor on security risks and strategies to senior leadership.
Your Contribution:
- Define global security requirements for digital applications, IT infrastructure, cloud environments, and OT systems
- Provide design guidance for secure architectures in new projects and hybrid environments (on-premises, cloud, OT)
- Establish security standards for AI/ML systems, ensuring alignment with emerging regulations like the EU AI Act
- Oversee vulnerability management, penetration testing, and the tracking of control effectiveness across all environments
- Lead data resilience strategies and disaster recovery planning to ensure critical systems can withstand disruptions
- Manage Cyber & Information Security platforms as a product owner, optimizing vendor relationships and solutions
- Develop and lead a high-performing team of security professionals while fostering innovation in processes and platforms
- Collaborate with stakeholders to integrate security requirements across IT, cloud, OT systems, and AI domains
- Communicate effectively with executive leadership on security risks and strategic initiatives
A Good Match:
- Degree in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, Information Technology, or related field
- Extensive experience (7+ years) in cybersecurity with expertise in architecture design and platform engineering
- Proven ability to define security standards and reference architectures for complex enterprise environments
- Leadership experience managing high-performing security teams and driving organizational initiatives
- Deep knowledge of Cybersecurity platforms (e.g., SIEM, DFIR tools), identity management solutions, vulnerability management tools, etc.
- Strong understanding of IT infrastructure, cloud security principles, OT/Lab controls in hybrid environments
- Familiarity with regulatory frameworks like ISO 27001 or NIS2; knowledge of AI/ML governance principles is a plus
- Excellent communication skills to engage senior stakeholders on risks and strategies
